About Us

How We Met

Our friendship started in the most unexpected of places—a bar (sounds kinda like the start of a bad joke, lol). Picture this: two women with stunning makeup (if we do say so ourselves) spotting each other across the room. We can’t seem to agree on who approached whom, but does it really matter? What matters is that we clicked instantly. From admiring each other’s makeup skills to becoming Facebook friends, our friendship grew organically.

The fun really began when we started collaborating on projects. From doing boudoir photo shoots together to brainstorming business ideas, our bond strengthened. We’ve laughed, cried, and supported each other through various phases of life. Whether it was leaving a toxic job or navigating the challenges of motherhood, we’ve always had each other’s backs.

Kelsey Darou

As a New York State licensed esthetician and tattoo artist, I balance running my business with the joys and challenges of motherhood, caring for two incredible children. Embracing the role of a mother is a source of immense pride for me, making each day an interesting adventure.

Devan Robinson

I operate a coaching business and marketing agency dedicated to empowering women to grow their businesses, enhance their confidence, and overcome marketing obstacles. Additionally, I contribute as a speaker and writer, produce a podcast, and host two women's conferences, Bloom & Elevate. Beyond my professional life, I am a mother to three boys and the wife of an active-duty military serviceman.
